WILD CARD San Marino GP – Sky Junior Team VR46 #RMU
ELIA BARTOLINI WILD CARD AT THE SAN MARINO GP. THE YOUNG CIV MOTO 3 RIDER WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DEBUT ON THE SCENE WITH SKY JUNIOR TEAM VR46 #RMU
Reggio Emilia, 11 September 2019 – Great news for Elia Bartolini, class 2003 rider from Sarsina (Cesena), who will have the opportunity to appear on the world scene at the San Marino Grand Prix next weekend (13-15 September). Sky Junior Team VR46 with the technical help of RMU will support him in this Wild Card. The rider is facing the second season of the Italian CIV Championship, in the Moto 3 category.
Bartolini, 16 years old on July 31st, is back from two podiums in the last two CIV events, a first place in Race 2 at Imola and a third position in Race 1 right at the Misano World Circuit. He currently occupies the seventh place in the Championship. Last season he had the opportunity to play a Wild Card in Jerez, replacing the injured Celestino Vietti, in CEV Junior World Championship. On this occasion, he will instead be able to confront the best riders in the world and to demonstrate his potential.
An opportunity made possible thanks to the commitment of all the partners involved in the project, whose goal is precisely to collaborate in the research and support of Italian motorcycling talents. Bartolini prepared himself well for this Wild Card, ready to make the most of this important showcase.
