CIV 2019 is starting, three riders back on the track with RMU Racing

Reggio Emilia, March 27th 2019 – After the winter tests on Italian and Spanish circuits, RMU Racing team is ready to get back on track for the first round of the Italian CIV ​​Championship held at Misano World Circuit on 30th and 31st March.

RMU presents three official riders in the Moto 3 and PreMoto 3 classes. In Moto 3, the rookies Matteo Boncinelli and Mattia Rato will be riding KTM bikes. Boncinelli comes from a 2nd place in PreMoto 3 2018 Championship which earned him the transition to the next category. Mattia Rato comes from a 6th place in PreMoto 3 with Pasini Racing Team, RMU factory. Both are ready to demonstrate their talent. Andrea Natali, after the previous season as a rookie, where he had the chance to gain experience, will do his best on the new Yamaha-powered RMU PM3 in PreMoto3 category.

The sensations after the tests are positive and the riders can’t wait to get back on track.

Competition program

On Thursday 28th March three free practice sessions will take place. Friday 29th will be dedicated to free practice and the first qualifications, scheduled at 3.30pm for PreMoto3 and at 4pm for Moto3. The second qualifying rounds will be held on Saturday 30th at 9.30am and 10am. Race 1 Moto3 will start at 1.30pm, while PreMoto 3 will start at 3.30pm. Sunday 31st Race 2 is scheduled at 2.30pm for Moto 3 and at 4.00pm for PreMoto3.
